This is my favorite place for a morning run. Great incline and better views! Pretty crowded on the weekends as would be expected, so I prefer to go during the week. Catch a sunrise for a real treat!

You can only go over the bridge when it is closed if you are first responder or medical professional with a permit that states you are an essential medical worker.

Ice on the bridge would be an extremely strange phenomenon. It is in the south my friend, I highly doubt frost has ever occurred here.
Waterfront Park has loads of parking under the bridge. Or there is a gastation with alot of parking closest to the bridge walkway.

The grace and pearlman bridges are what stood here originally. This bridge was built between 2000&2003 I believe.
When you are downtown Charleston - look up and then to the north. You can't miss it. You can reach if from I-26 - head to Mt Pleasant.
No Sumner ave is in North Charleston u would take Folly Rd to 17 south then take 526 to North Charleston

I'd recommend going to mt pleasant side and parking at the park under the bridge then walking the bridge.
Depends on time of day. There is a sidewalk for walking, jogging, biking
