Didn't appreciate the steps. Ist time here. They were late for our 2 appts. Nice gals. Hair and make up was nice. But made us all behind on everything. We were too polite to say anything though. But we still left a 25 percent tip. I would just tell 1st time people about the steps. If we would have made the appointment for our handicapped person or if it would have been a bad day for either one of us... we would have had to cancel and scramble to go somewhere else at the last minute.
