My daughter has gone here for many years after we had a bad experience with her previous day care. Jeff and Carmen really care about the kids and it’s a great way to get your child ahead before they start kindergarten. I am especially appreciative that that were open during the lockdowns as my wife and I didn’t have the option to stay home.

This place is not a good place to work or send your kids. Primrose has these “values” and “morals” they lie about but it’s all false. It’s understaffed because no one wants to be there and they don’t pay the workers enough and their expectations are too high. Be careful working here they may terminate you for something that someone else is responsible for. Like they did me. Also they have some teachers that threaten to hit the kids and that I have witnessed spanked a child. But they are still employed. Some of the teachers don’t even go through with the lesson plan. Some of The classrooms are FILTHY and they don’t like it if you clean too much. And also the classrooms are out of ratio. They hold kids back or push them up to for financial gain for certain kids. I do not recommend anyone sending their kids here or anyone working here.

We absolutely love Primrose! They have set and continue to meet a very high day care/early childhood learning standard. The staff is so friendly and greet my child (by name) every time they see him! The teachers are invested in each student and truly provide individualized care. The curriculum they implement is both fun, educational and creative! They have a splash pad during the hot summer months that my son really enjoys and special themed days and activities that keep each week new and exciting! We have been a part of the Primrose family since they opened and will continue to use their after school and summer programs once our children are school age. The piece of mind Primrose provides us is priceless!

Every child learns at their own pace because every child is unique. At Primrose schools, teachers use a variety of tools throughout the year to collaborate with families and monitor each child’s progress. This helps them understand each child’s individual needs and provide the personalized support that helps them excel.
We call our curriculum the Balanced Learning® approach. It is designed to inspire children to think with creativity, compassion and resourcefulness. Primrose school teachers not only guide children as they learn letters, numbers, science and more, but they also weave in character development and life skills opportunities throughout the day so children can develop social and relationship skills.
We require all teachers to be certified in first aid and CPR, in addition to ongoing health and safety training throughout the year. Teachers are also trained on common signs of illness with signage placed in each classroom. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/yakwfr8g
Teachers and students practice frequent handwashing throughout the day and adhere to a strict sick policy. Temperature checks, touch free check in, and limitations on visitors may also be implemented to minimize risk to all. Learn more here: https://tinyurl.com/y7gutztv
Items like high-touch toys, playground equipment, and other common surfaces are disinfected frequently throughout the day. Sheets and blankets from cribs are laundered daily; for older children, individual cots and blankets are provided for each child and are laundered on a weekly basis. We require any students or staff with respiratory illness symptoms or fever to stay home until fever free for at least 24 hours.
