I was in the ER struggling to breath and my nurse and EMT staff was joking about instead of bringing people with dialysis to the ER they should just drop th off at the cemetery. That night they were very disrespectful. I have stage 4 renal issues and other problems. I could not believe what I was hearing and because I was having a problem breaking. I did not address it with anyone at the hospital at the time but someone need to do better there.

I called the wrong office and the lady is so rude . She said she doesn’t understand me and kind of made up of me by repeating what I said because I have English accent !! How rude !!!
