BY FAR the worst experience I’ve ever had with a “Manager”…Salema is the rudest fast food employee I’ve ever encountered!!! She shouldn’t be taking orders she should be washing dishes for sure,let alone managing others!!! I stop at this sonic atleast 5 days a week and everytime she’s on the headset she is just a complete monster…if this is the type of customer service that is taught to management within this company then I feel sorry for the poor servers,I know their tips suffer because of this one menace to society and it’s not fair…BAD FORM SONIC!!!!!

have always had good service from them until the last few months then sit and have to wait 20mins before anyone even response to take your order just to be told the grill is closed for the night. Ive worked as Sonic in the past and I thought the grill was to be closed at closing not a half hour before closing.

I always go here for lunch cause it's the closest food near my work. I went this afternoon to the drive thru, arriving at 7:28 and waiting until 7:41 before pulling off after no one spoke over the drive thru. I spoke to a passing worker who said they were busy and would probably be with me in a minute. I honestly wouldn't have minded but to sit there but with 3 to 4 cars behind me for 13 minutes and no one saying anything over the drive thru was a bit irritating. I'll miss lunch today due to this. Just overall an irritating experience.

Husband tried to bring family sonic for dinner tonight ...something easy so we didn't have to cook..If I could give this trip to sonics a 0 star I would. When my husband got home from here, he released that my daughters entire meal was missing. He drove back to sonic ( 30 min from home) and told them that they forgot her meal. They assumed no responsibility whatsoever for forgetting her meal. Told him that he should have double checked. Then he drove 30min back home.
