I have nothing but praise for A-1 Appliance Center and Miriam! I recently visited the shop (6/18/22) to purchase a part for my whirlpool dryer. Long story short; #1 Miriam recommended I bring the part in for testing. #2 - she informed me that the tested part was actually good which in turn saved me from purchasing a part I didn’t need. #3 - Miriam stated that the issue may be the dryer coil or igniter, then suggested I change the coil first. She even walked me through the process of replacing the coils. However, I informed her the dryer also squeaks sometimes. Therefore, she didn’t string me on with further repair suggestions, but instead told me what I had pondered a while - it simply may be time I buy another dryer! #4 - She went a step further by giving me tips on which brand name dryers to consider purchasing and which ones to avoid! Miriam and A-1 Appliance Center didn’t make one dime off me, but won me over with honest and professional great service!
