His an amazing doctor, he has helped me so much, Thanks to him I made a life changing decision, that I had been struggling since I was a teenager. He reasure me that I was going to feel so much better after this surgery and best of all pain free. I listen and I do not regret it at all. He listens and takes his time with his patients. Our family recently went to this office for the first time and we were very impressed with Dr Lee! We looked high & low for a doctor that acts like a professional AND has a good bedside manner. Dr. Lee is all this and more. He keeps tract of his patient's medical file and DOES NOT drop patients through the crack! He does a great job remembering which medications need to be called into the pharmacy without "forgetting" an item unlike our last doctor who constantly forgot to call in something important like insulin! Dr Lee is also very honest, kind and extremely educated in medicine unlike a lot of doctors who don't care about their patients & degrade them if their labs are not perfect. We appreciate the fact that Dr Lee is NOT just a drug pusher like so many doctors are.

I know the schedule as well. I called on Monday and they said the earliest I could be seen is Thursday. When I called Tuesday and told them I was coming in regardless because I just need a referral for a surgeon and that I was in a lot of pain. I was told I had to wait til Thursday and when I said I was going to file a grevience, I got a call back within the hour to be seen that day. I really have no complaint with Michael Lee the person, its the blonde lady that drops the ball, has a bit of an attitude and has a serious lack of compassion. I'm not sure Dr Lee is aware or not but he will be soon. I'm not on a witch hunt, I just think terrible behavior needs to be pointed out, as well as outstanding behavior which I frequently give kudos for. Btw, I was also told they weren't a pain clinic. I'm aware as I was there for a referral of which I mentioned at least twice.
