Floors By Design has a wonderful selection, very fair pricing, and excellent customer service. We used them a few years ago and went back for a different flooring project. Wendy was incredibly helpful in helping us select the right flooring for our needs, Richard came out and measured and provided an estimate promptly. Once we ordered the flooring and it arrived, they had it installed within a day or two. Our floors turned out beautiful and we were able to use matching flooring on our stairs, which really completed the look of the home. Large selection, high quality products, helpful staff and productivity installation - good luck finding that at a big box store! Would definitely recommend!

I will not ever recommend this place. After someone came to my home and did an estimate they told me they would get back to me that Friday. I finally called back after 2 weeks to see what was going on, told I would get a call back, never heard from them since. Horrible customer service!
