Went inside to order. Stood there 5 min as manager talked. Asked who was taking orders. She replied I'll be with you as if I was bothering her. She should've stated that when I first walked in if she working the register. New building same bad attitude and customer service.

Was there this afternoon. System was down but staff were great.. manager very kind and professional.. I only went in for 1 cold coffee and 2 small fries.. waited almost 20mins but I didn't mind cause staff was amazing..

Sloppy service and sloppy food. The bread on my whopper was stale and the jalapeno poppers were fried so much that there was no cheese left in them and the jalapeno was a dried green mess.

Their system was down today so if you was calling this afternoon you wouldn't get through.. Google to get number.
I haven't had this problem. I have always had good service. And the employees have always been polite and apologetic if there were a little slow. You have to remember COVID-19 has hit everybody hard and they are short-handed so I always work with them it's the right thing to do. I have never waited more than 6 min.
