Interesting gas station plaza with unique interior design. Cabin style and pirate ship play. Will make sure our kids turn their heads and slow you down for sure. Good distraction for road trip after sitting in the car for too long.

Chopped brisket was full flavor, very juicy paired well with amazing Texas toast. Sauces are tomatoe based with a light pour, Smoke&Honey was robust & well rounded, Original was very mild while Hot Like Grandma has the perfect kick & tang… like grandma👵🏻 Corn bread was sweet and fluffy yum! Creamy mashed potatoes w some skins was wonderful and the classic slaw was light & refreshing. Mac & cheese was very creamy & al dente bite. Fried green tomatoes were crisp & crunchy greatness w side of ranch. Catch the flavor at the pickle bar, I had to get a whole jar! That’s bread ‘n butdah for ya!!🤌🏼🍞🧈 🔥Follow Tobes Brisket Challenge for more national barbecue reviews…🗺

The coolest gas station I’ve ever stopped at! The best part? Believe it or not, the bathrooms but not because they were just clean. They encourage you to write on the walls and I’ve just never seen something so cool like that before. The worst part? We came around 9pm and what looked like a gift shop was closed. But there was a restaurant too and some cool things to take pictures with.

The food was okay, I wouldn't say it was worth the price. The "chopped brisket" better resembles mince meat. The pulled pork was a bit dry, pork belly was good, I enjoyedthe sauce they make available. Cheese curds were bland didn't have any seasoning in the batter, but were brought back to life by some ranch. The fried green tomatoes were what saved the meal. They were very good. They keep it very dim in the restaurant, which I noticed an elderly couple having problems reading the menu due to the lighting. So. I would definitely bring the lighting up a notch...The wait staff were very friendly and professional. So I give it a 3 out of 5 stars for the destroyed brisket and lack of lighting.

I didn't have breakfast but I stop here on my travels back & forth to Texas & everyone is always friendly.
Yes. They have a pirate ship playground inside where the dining area is along with some games for children :)
Yes
$5 showers, both times I've been there they had laundry issues so they had me bring in my own towels! Like comment above, no hooks or shelf! They do have washers and dryers I haven't used them not sure of the cost either!
Good place to stop
Masks required, tables were spaced, plastic utensils
