The dr wasn’t here and I wasn’t notified that I needed to reschedule until coming in, it made me miss half a day of work, then the next day I was scheduled to come in just to find out I was scheduled on the dr lunch, very unprofessional and very rude

Nurse i had was great but i got sent home 1 day and told to come back next an was first person there at 750 am an i didnt finish until 1pm for a DOT exam. Staff would have got 5 stars Dr i waited for 1 star waited 5 hrs for a 2min physical

I was encouraged by my coworkers to go to concentra in madera . I spent a total of 45 minutes to get in-and-out. And the staff was very helpful and informative of what I needed to do.
