The customer service was horrible and they tried to charge me extra fees for no reason I didn’t even stay because they tried to charge me more when I got there don’t stay here there’s a reason it’s cheap

First impressions are everything. With that said there are a few things that about this place that I had to share with everyone. This place like many others has BED BUGS! Walked in the room looked clean and nice. I take one look behind my pillow and there is a bed bug. Luckily I had my travel size bed bug spray. The bed was really comfortable but the fact that I would wake up feeling itchy, no Ma'am! My fault for staying here. Housekeepers are very nice but I wish they would have told me. The Stars are for them.
