Are there portable stalls there or do we provide?? & are there full hook ups

Posts for highline but you can bring a portable electric corral. Electric at each site but not water. There are spigots for water placed around the campground and yes a dump station.

Where do you put your horse? Is there a barn/stalls?

No they do not. Its high tie only unless you bring your own.
