Had an awesome experience at Jowler creek winery. The live music and grape stomping event was a big hit. The sweet wines were delicious. I was not a fan of the grab and go wine tasting it took away from the experience

I did not stay in the house, but I did go to the winery and taste some wines on the way home from a trip. The outside was very nice, with a house on the property for people to rent out if they wanted to stay there for a day or few days and not be too far from the city or too far from the winery. The outdoor had dogs and chickens just walking around and taking care of the outside bugs and insects. It is a very cool looking place on the inside with wine, cups, glasses and apparel to buy and take home. I tried 10 wines and got a glass with the purchase, I was surprised at how well all the wines tasted, sometimes there are wines I do not like, but I liked all of these wines. They were all very good and I learned all about how they are grown and treated in the vineyard as well as once they are picked and created. It was a very good trip and I learned all about the winery, while drinking wine, great trip and the employee was very nice and took great care of me as well as the other customers that were in the establishment. Highly recommend this winery to people that want to try some delicious wines and enjoy a pretty place to be.

We went for the local wine and food pairing which was only $14 to sample 8 wines with local organic food. The place is clean and staff was nice, attentive and helpful. There is a nice outdoor area with tables and a fire pit. The parking lot is gravel apt with the last bit of road on the way to the winery. We spent around 2 hours there with the first hour doing the tasting and the last hour enjoying a bottle of wine outside. It was less than $50 total for a fun afternoon which is totally worth the drive.
