Words don't even describe how much I love Summerville woman's care. Arron at the front desk. Diane, angel, Sarah. You ladies have helped me two out of my three pregnancy. I am always going to come to you.

Let me start by saying Dr. Liao is a great doctor! I’ve enjoyed having care with him. I am switching providers though due to the rude lady up front. She is beyond unpleasant to work with. I’ve had to reschedule so many times due to scheduling mess ups. They never can get me in on time, I’m suppose to be seen every two weeks and since the lady messed up the schedule I wouldn’t be seen for a month. I just went in to get a copy of my medical records to bring to my new provider and she refused to print them for me. She told me all she can do is email them but it will take her over a week. So my new office can’t schedule me until they have them. I’m beyond frustrated with the way things are here. I should be able to get my small simple medical files printed or emailed. It shouldn’t take over a week because she wants to be rude. She never greats people, just says “name” with no smile, it’s obvious she doesn’t like her job.

Love dr. Liao and all the nurses working here. He’s a very thorough and honest doctor, which I appreciate. I feel as if any concerns I bring up are recognized and treated with care.
