We went through our home warranty to have them come a fix our gas fire place. An older gentleman cam out out, told me he would order the part. At the time we had just bought our house, and was still traveling back and forth between AZ and SC. Prior to heading back to AZ I was told the part was on order. Well that was in January 2021, and after multiple phone calls and emails still nothing - December 2021. Since we went through our home warranty we had to use them. I'm working with the home warranty to get another company out to fix the problem. Extremely disappointed ... They could've just told me to find someone else.
