Excellent dining experience 😊 in SSI. Good service and tasty food. Price was reasonable. Outdoor seating. University football game on and great band playing in the distance could hear performance well.

Catch 228 has a raw bar, but j didn't see any clams when I ate lunch there yesterday. I suggest calling them.

How did the owners come up with the name of the restaurant?

Thomas Robinson-Aguirre | Oct 15, 2018

It's the restaurant's street number in combination with the phrase Catch 22 which is slang term referencing a paradoxical situation from which an individual cannot escape due to contradictory rules. But I'm guessing in this instance its a play on words regarding the catching of fish since its a seafood restaurant... I don't really know for certain im just working with the obvious here.
