This place is pretty cool. I’ve been here several times And tried several different shakes it was never disappointed. The teas here are also really good! They they have a massive menu to choose from and Dom is really polite and friendly and even writes little notes on the teas for you! I totally love this place!

Hi Yvonne, It depends on the shake you get, but all of the shakes range from 11-16 net carbs, 24-27g of protein, 5-9g of sugar, and 200-250 calories.
