LOVE the food and the Management is Awesome. The food is seasoned pretty well and its Always 99.5% appealing to the Eyes and smells amazing. However what is not so amazing are 2 of your employees. You have 2 that represent you in the Worst way. You probably wont read or respond to this because based on your other reviews you only respond to positive comments. The older bald Short Dumpy dude taking orders is disrespectful to your guest. I would counsel that brotha before he says the Wrong thing to the Right person. Everyone he offends are not going to leave your establishment peacefully. He antagonizing people because hes behind a counter??!! Why would he create a situation that could cause a unnecessary scene?? 1 because he hates working for you. 2 because hes an uneducated, unfulfilled, pathetic piece of a human. You have to be hateful to try to purposefully ruin someones business after ALL of the gard work they put in it! Then you have a NEW fool with a blond wig thats just lost. You have to do better. LOVE your business and you have Great people..just not those 2. I'll send you help

Price - way too expensive !! Taste - liver was awful, greens was sweet, Mac and cheese was watery and no taste. Nothing had a taste. Punch was the only good thing. Coming back - No, I don’t mind paying for food if it taste good. Need to step up the quality guys.

Masks are required, and social distancing is enforced. They no longer allow sampling of food due to COVID.

I'm not sure what's in the first picture but I've gone to the cheesecake factory and found hair in my food so u really can't go by that, because anytime u eat out things can happen,I've eaten at this is it recently for the first time and I was really impressed with the food and there was no hair in our food,plus the line that was out the door showed that the food was great and I conquer....things happen and I'm sure if something like that happened they would rectify the situation immediately.
