If they had a bit of respect for my car and did not charge me left and right for no reason I would be back. But now I am forced to drive to Macon because I have no trust in the service I received. My spotless car smelled like grease for several days after they touched it. Not a good thing as that smell sticks to the leather and is hard to go away. Thank you!

Jordan, Greg and Makeba are the very best at what they do. Jordan is not your average salesperson because when you buy a car from him you are his customer as long as you own the car. My family members have purchased multiple vehicles from Jordan and he will not stop until you have the “wow this is my car” reaction. He also goes out of his way to make sure that any issues are solved with your vehicle after you own it to include making sure it is showroom new after service. Jordan ALWAYS goes the extra mile with care and service! Greg as the manager has every member of the staff trained to deliver the best experience possible. Makeba is the absolute best finance manager I have dealt with. She goes over every finite detail with precision to make sure that every customer understands what they’re getting in their deal. Every experience with Albany Motorcars has been a phenomenal experience. All three stayed late three times to make sure that my Mother was blown away with the vehicle she was buying. I had a fantastic experience at Albany Motorcars on the Mercedes side. Greg, Danny, and Makeba took SUCH GREAT CARE OF ME! Danny was my salesman. He was not scammy or super salesly, he definitely added humanity to the sales process. When I arrive he was Danny, by the time I left he was my "Uncle Robert". Greg is the sales manager on the MB side, and he is phenomenal. I wanted to finance the vehicle in my business name and I wanted to use a certain bank. That bank was not responsive, but he got me an even better deal! When I left the dealership Friday night it was wet and rainy and he checked on me Saturday morning to make sure I was safe. Makeba....IS THE REAL MVP. She does not play any games. She made sure I was knowledgeable about the proper coverages for my vehicle, etc.
