If only I could give zero..we stayed in unit 2345 week of Nov 6th. We actually checked out 3 days early. Walls and ceiling peeling paint. Broken cabinets and stained furniture. Floors were dirty and had at least 10 dead roaches. Insufficient linen and dirty kitchen utensils ( only one knife and one serving bowl. Our porch has a note to not walk outside as not safe after engineer inspection. Oh... and construction workers waking and working in upstairs apartment from early morning until dark. They should be ashamed to rent. ) unable to add photos

Nice location, on the southern part of Hilton Head. Short walk to Harbor town, with the shops, restaurants and lighthouse. Very nice place to watch the sunset in the evenings.

The property at Sea Pines is amazing!! Truly. Our unit, 2352 Racquet Villas, left a lot to be desired. It smelled horribly musty. The sofa bed should be burned. Seriously. I sleep on a LOT of sofa beds when we travel and thank GOD I brought my mattress pad, but after the first night, I just slept on the unfolded couch. That's how horrible/old the mattress was. Additionally, the kitchen, while nicely stocked didn't leave a SINGLE cabinet open for guests to put their groceries, so it was either reorganize or look at groceries on the counter for 4 days. I wish there was a way to read reviews on individual units, but avoid this one if you need grocery space or plan on using the sofa bed.
