Brent was able to find our account in FL and provided great service which ease my mind as a parent as we are hours away from her University. The franchise sells expensive tires and they had the nerve to charge a $4.00 disposal fee per tire without asking me to dispose them myself. And what happened to the 50k mileage guarantee?!? The tires wear prematurely than expected.
