Progressive claims to have such good customer service however it is hard as heck to get in touch with anyone you’re lucky if they call you back, my car has been sitting in the shop for over two months waiting on Progressive to just approve repairs once they finally approved some of the repairs the body shop needed more parts and they have taken over two weeks to approve the further needed repairs and still haven’t at this time. I have reached out to my adjuster cannot get back in touch with her she answered the phone the first couple of times I called and then I feel like she remembered my phone number and now won’t answer , Progressive is not helpful they do not have a good customer care and to be quite honest they have been nothing but a hassle. It seems they can’t get anything done in a timely manner. I’ll definitely be switching insurance companies.
