Finally got to check this place out. This is the first place I've been to where they have a Special Diet menu that includes Keto options. You can find the menu on the website or ask for one there. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and spacious...tables aren't cramped. They also have outdoor seating. The staff and service was exceptional, even though they are having staffing problems like everywhere else. I had the Florentine Omelet and substituted Chicken Sausage for the mushroom. It was delicious! The sides were very fresh tomatoes and just right ripe avacado...not a single brown spot. I highly recommend Ruby Sunshine and will be going back and telling friends.

Tasty food/drink, great customer service and an overall awesome experience at this establishment! Family friendly, affordable prices, and delicious food. There was a little something for everyone's taste buds. We'd definitely return!

The food here was AMAZING! We had the bayou shrimp Benedict and sweet & spicy chicken with French toast bites. The service was just as wonderful as the food! Our server never let our glasses go empty, and he was just the right amount of attentive! Highly recommended for brunch or lunch!

We were recommended to this restaurant by a few of our passengers flying into Knoxville. We were seated at Julie’s table and had a wonderful experience. Her energy was fun and she was extremely knowledgeable for special requests! We started with delicious Fried Green Tomato’s topped with a Bacon Jam! Then our meals showed…there was no talking, but lots of Mmmmmmmm!! Thanks for a great experience and Happy🎄Holidays
