Chris put Air in my tires and didn't charge me anything. I was so glad because I had a warning light come on saying 2 of my tires were low. He said usually weather changes can make this happen. He checked all of my tires. Thank you.

Wow, this is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I hit a median and had a large tear in my tire. The front man of NTB, I believe his name was Jacob, was tending to at least five or six other customers, but personally came out to check my tire, make sure it was in stock, quoted an exact amount of cost, estimated the time it would take. This is like the Chick-fil-A of auto service (which is next door if you need to eat while waiting haha). Thank you for making a dreaded process so easy!
