Been to many places to places over many years and seen many eye doctors and only two were able to give a prescription and able to make glasses i could see with. This is one of them. The best ever. Only drawback ... hard to get frames to my needed specifications.

My girlfriend was unaware that she needed to be given UV protection glasses when her eyes were dilated. She then drove home in very bright conditions due to their inability to provide the proper protective eye equipment. It's easy to see this location is more interested in selling a pair of glasses then to give an innocent girl the care she needs. Unprofessionally Disrespectful. Second issue: My girlfriend was supposed to be scheduled for a contact fitting the week after thanksgiving. We were given an appointment card. I have the card physically in my hand now. When she arrived they told her she was not in the system, and while she was sitting in the waiting room, the staff mumbled to themselves that she made a mistake and showed up early. Never once did they admit to making a mistake. They only bad mouthed her, and didn't even apologize. They definitely got an earful that afternoon on my commute home from work. Again, Unprofessionally Disrespectful.

One of the worst experiences in a medical setting I have ever experienced. I arrived 10 mins early for appointment was the only customer and it still took 45 mins to see a doctor. They tried to up sell me on things beyond my coverage "special coatings" etc . The equipment and the decor is dated, they are still using equipment that has been replaced by tech over 20 years ago. Rude and unprofessional staff. The building itself and parking lot should start to set off red flags. My appointment took over 2 hours and was a complete waste of my time. * updated response to owner* "There are no "special coatings"" Last visit after exam while picking out frames etc your staff "would you like the anti glare coating that coating is for night driving a cars headlights could glare and blind you causing an accident" up selling and scare tactics as well as complete nonsense. "We recommend Anti-Reflective coating to every patient. Every quality optical system has an anti-reflective coating." Is it free or does it cost an extra $60 ? HINT : If it is not free and unneeded that is called up selling. and lets be honest the anti reflective coating sales pitch is right on par with car dealerships offering 'tru coat' I invite anyone to just google "eye doctors coating scams" In addition to this your doctors and the equipment people in front are not on the same page as to the differences in bifocal lens and normal lenses as they gave conflicting stories to the same exact question asked but 2 radical different answers given. "I find it ironic you want to blindly criticize our investment in technology, but when we offer you the better technology you crave, you find it rude and unprofessional if it costs you more than the basic coverage of your plan." assumptions much ? what "better technology" did you offer me? the coatings ? it's not the technology I found rude , what I find rude is unethical business practices up selling, taking calls etc.

Seeing Dr. Eric has been a family thing for years. He diagnosed a problem with my Mom's health that was unrelated to her vision but affected it, has been the primary eye care dr for my daughters and their children and has been my eye doctor at least 20 years. Love this office and their staff. I have complete confidence in them.

I would call ahead just to let them know you're picking them up. So you don't have to wait, I'm not sure if they're still practicing covid guidelines.
