Terrible they shut down a bunch of atms when they changed namea. Every time i go to get cash out on the weekends the atms are down. I will be closing my accounts because i do not have access to my own money.

Got financed with REV through Hoover Dodge, afterwards I found out that a savings account was opened in my name with REV of which I had no Idea was happening, No body informed me I have to maintain an account with them in order to get my car financed, None of this information was disclosed to me in the financing process. I contacted REV they informed me that if the account stays inactive for a period of time they charge you. and you can't close the account as long as you have financing with them. Don't trust car dealer's who finance with REV, Heck I have perfect credit I could of got financed with my bank, who treat people better than REV and Hoover Dodge, Will be Refinancing ASAP. I'M wondering if their going to charge me to close the savings account. we'll see

I am only using this bank because the car dealership got me the best rate with them, otherwise I would have stuck with Navy Federal. I have had nothing but issues since the beginning. They sent me paperwork stating I have an auto loan, but gave me no account number, access number, nothing. I had to call to get this information in order to pay my loan. Then when I go to make an account on the app, it gives me an error so I was on the phone with this woman for over an hour. She said she had to speak to someone because she couldn't figure out what the issue was, and would call me back. She connected me to someone so I could make my payment. Never got a call back, nothing. Here we are a month later. Tried logging in, incorrect info it says. So I try to reset my password. It calls me and I type exactly what they say, incorrect password. I try this 3 more times, and every single time it says it's incorrect. So now I'm locked out. I try to call, and get placed on hold. Currently waiting for them to call me back as I am a busy mom and don't have another hour to sit on the phone waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Payment still hasn't been done yet for this month, nor do I even know when it's due because they don't send emails, texts, nothing as to when it is due.

They do have a billing system through their web portal and phone app.
What's the number, my card got caught in ATM and won't come out. Needed to get my prescription.
