Worst credit card on the market worst. Customer service as well

When you call customer service and they can’t help you they will simply hang up on you. Call again and they’ll probably hang up on you AGAIN. Every location I’ve been to they have been extremely rude. This bank is literally a joke they talk to the customers like its bothering them to deposit money or cash a check. It’s ridiculous

Yes, you can open an account at our Walmart locations. We have Saturday Hours available at our Camden, Platt Springs, and Sumter Walmart locations 9 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday and 9 am - 2 pm on Saturday. Our Ballentine Walmart location is open 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 6 pm on Friday, and 9 am - 2 pm on Saturday.
Lori, we offer products such as Basic Checking which is specifically designed for people who may not qualify for a checking account elsewhere.
