They are very helpful but the one girl that works in the front office is very mean and rude and very disrespectful she always has an attitude and tries to cut you off when speaking and has to have the last word
I pray God touches her heart and turn this around!!!

I have waited for public housing for since 2017. I recently updated my income 2021 and when I called two weeks to check if anything is coming up, she tells me I’m not in the system. This is pathetic and unprofessional.

Go to the Housing Authority website for Hall county and they should be an option to fill out an application if you happen to be homeless or you put down that you're homeless or next to homeless they tend to get on things a little faster and two bedrooms are the easiest to get one and three bedrooms are very very hard
