Thank you Tiffany and Tyra who worked this evening at the store in Columbiana Mall! I had a major issue with an order that was supposed to be shipped to the store, the store was temporarily closed so I had paid for the item online already and called to get a refund through customer service. I'm still waiting on my refund since I had to pay for the dress twice in the store and online, because the order was cancelled due to the store being closed, but Tiffany and Tyra were amazing throughout my whole experience this evening! They both even stayed after closing and called customer service for me and talked to the rep also! Thank you so much Torrid Columbiana Mall! You will never know how much I appreciate you!! :) I will be shopping at this store more often!

The ladies in Torrid are amazing!!! I'm gonna call them "Double M's" bc I lost my receipt that had their names on it but I think it's Mia and Mariah? Anyway, this is the first time that I've been correctly fitted for a bra and OMG....the difference is absolutely life-changing. They were empathic, quick, efficient, friendly and more importantly sized me with one look!!! Great job, ladies and thank you!
