I was advised that release of someone who has had the bond hearing and release papers completed that it can still take 4 additional hours when per the sc state law articles states release takes up to 4 hours from the time of the bond hearing. Then found out the detention center has had inmates commit suicide from jumping from their top floor. This detention center needs to be investigated and shut down because they are not following state laws and implementing their own.

The best thing I can tell all of you that think this jail is disgusting, nasty food; the list goes on!!! All I can say is "DON'T GO"!. Plain & simple. They don't invite you to The Moss Jail! WHY COMPLAIN, YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF¡¡ Straighten your life up! Don't break the law and you won't have to worry what the place "ISN'T!!

Worst hotel ever do not recommend. Food was salty and water juice was goofy tasting. The concrete beds was cold and concretey and covered in hair. The blanket was not enough they don't let you get two it's rude honestly. The lil blue mat ain't bad but lights off should be earlier cause how is 12 a bed time lmfao. Seen officer Clark assault a sleeping handicap girl for revenge and someone jacked to the female cell but my roommates was pretty chill. First shift does nothing and makes night shift do everything that's why it takes so long 🙄 worst hotel experience ever don't recommend

This place sucks. I have not been inside the jail myself im just picking someone up but the officers are rude and dont seem to know what going on with tge ones inside the jail. Its taken over over 12 hours for booking and relasing and still not either one has been done. There is not that much they can be soing after midnight
