I dropped off a Covid test to be picked up the next morn, per cashier @ 10AM, by FedEx, However 2 days later the receiver still hasn’t revived the test. I’ve called Dollar General on Shiloh Rd several times, since yesterday morning but the line is always busy!! All I need to know is if my test has been picked up. I was told that DG doesn’t get FedEx p/u’s as often as drop boxes, however someone could have called FedEx, I specifically told the cashier I needed to get this shipped ASAP! Not too mention, the other cashier had her boyfriend standing outside the doorway of dg, smoking a cigarette and she’s standing there talking to him. I’m so aggravated with these ppl, they could careless! Awful customer service and they need to answer the phone!
