Being from out of state and having an emergency, this clinic took the time to help my brother with a complicated situation that the VA here at home doesn't seem to care about. We were visiting on vacation and they got his records transferred and then the meds he needed in leas than 2 hours!!!

This is a VA facility. You will have to get approved to the VA In Asheville North Carolina they will require your military discharge paperwork and then they should accept the Medicaid as a secondary insurance.
Grinding Gumpia is correct you must be a Veteran of a us military service.
