I wish I could give 0 stars. After waiting over a month to have someone come look at my refrigerator which had a warranty I got a txt message that my appointment had been rescheduled to wait another month despite the fact that I had to take off work today to get repair done. I tried to call to talk to someone and every thing is automated. When I finally found someone on the phone to talk to they said the technician decided to cancel and it would be another month of waiting to get a technician to my house again.

Frank came out and fixed my Kenmore Dryer and my Kenmore stove in the same trip. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did quick work. I would highly recommend Frank for these services again.

My refrigerator has not been repaired as of this date. The repair service ordered a replacement door for my freezer. It has not been delivered, nor has there been any word as to when it will ever be delivered. I think that it is time for Sears to replace my refrigerator.
