I was charged for 4 items and I had only 3 in my cart. There is no way to contact the Hartford, WI, store or customer service. It's a 20 mile drive back to the store (40 mile round trip.) I am frustrated and disgusted!

The carts require a $0.25 deposit to use. The store does sell 2 or 3 types of grocerie bags for about $0.10 to $0.20 each. It's best to bring your own reusable bags if possible.
