They were extremely efficient and nice. They are very diligent in helping as much as possible. I am well pleased.

This is a government assistance firm, but they are asking me which church I attend! When I told I do not attend church, she gave me a nasty look and her attitude changed dramatically! I was in the waiting room for least 30 minutes before talking to anyone and after the conversation it was quite obvious to me, that since I am white, and I don't attend church, I am not going to get the assistance I need. Being the only white person waiting for assistance people have me dirty looks and I was treated dramatically different than anyone else who came in for assistance. I a.m.absolutely not a racist and after coming into this facility for help, it is absolutely obvious to me there is a real and very active, problem of reverse discrimination in this place!
