I am writing on behalf of my sister. She visited the Minute Clinic on Thursday October 13, 2022. All she needed was have her TB test checked and get a flu shot. Her FNP was Beverly, which didn't say anything bad to my sister, that's the issue...she didnt say hardly anything and acted like she wasn't even there. If she was having a bad day, she shouldn't take it out on her patients. She was supposed to get a $5 coupon for getting her flu shot but it wasn't offered and my sister was too upset to go back and ask for it.

I had an appointment at 5::00. Checked in like I was supposed to and proceeded to the pharmacy. At 5:07 I asked one of the techs to help. She verified I did have an appointment and asked me to wait. At 5:30 I was still sitting in the chair waiting so I asked another tech what was going on. She looked and again confirmed I had an appointment. The difference was she actually told the pharmacist I was there. She’s the only reason I didn’t give a 1. When he finally called me back at 5:35, he commented that my checkin hit at 5:00…um yeah, that’s when I got there and had a SCHEDULED appointment. He never apologized. Why do people get onto jobs dealing with customers that have no customer service skills. I’ll find another CVS moving forward.

Head pharmacist “Stu” does not care about customers health. I tested positive for covid on vacation. My doctor called in the prescription twice because it did not meet Stu’s standards in other words Stu was mad that rather than my doctor writing out 30 tablets of medicine he wrote 10 tablets of one kind and 20 of another kind. Which incidentally are pre packaged in a bubble pack so the number are irrelevant anyhow. Because we had an 8 hour drive back home the next day we called corporate and they asked him to fill it and he still refused. Avoid this clown at all costs and go to the nearby walmart
