I booked an appointment for routine bloodwork to find out they only accept Piedmont Dr lab request as I'm waiting in line. Must have been at least 10 people waiting as well.

First, the staff are fantastic! But they should lengthen their appointment times. You have to plan on them being at least 30 minutes behind. So what's the point of an appointment?? And this has been my experience every time, after multiple lab appointments for myself and my children. Do you know how terrible it is to sit in the lobby with children younger than 5 for an hour waiting on a lab draw? Makes me seriously consider finding a pediatrician who will do labs at their appointments in office.

Hello Kathy! You do not have to make an appointment, however you have to have labs requested by a Piedmont HealthCare Provider.
Hello Judy! We will be open with normal hours of operation on Wendesday (27th) and will be closed Thursday and Friday (28th & 29th) for the holiday.
