This place smells awful like metallics because the air is poisoned with LEAD. I didn’t read the signs until an hour after I checked in, and I am devastated that my health has been put at risk. Not only are there no warnings of this online before booking, but it seems no one else is reading the warning signs. This building is TOXIC and should be demolished. I changed hotels immediately and had to wash my hair because the lead smell was so intense. It’s upsetting the employees and young guests there are subjected to a dangerously cancer causing environment. Andrea at the front desk was VERY kind and understanding that I couldn’t stay due to the lead. She assured me it was a serious matter and that they would refund me as long as I contacted the 3rd party I booked thru. So far, the hotel has refused to stay true to their word as they’re continuing to deny my refund. Dear Extended Stay America, please refund me via trip.com

Nice rooms! I was briefly the guest of a guest, so I can't give an option on the "check in" cleanliness. The sheets were clean! From a cursory glance-over it was sanitary; clean refrigerator, towels, floor, shower (water super hot), pillow cases AND sheets, and counter tops. Walls seemed to be pretty well insulated too. Basic amenities. The air conditioner was KICKIN! i mean this thing was working over time. Kudos for that as well. The parking lot is where the damage comes in. Some might call it Urban. Others could call it Ghetto. I'll stick to Ghurban. Lock your doors and roll up the windows kids! Syringes in the parking lot, and hookers on the corner. The parking lot is where the magic happens. Cuts out the middle man if you catch my drift. Outside Homicide whats the difference? Instead of Hopscotch the kiddos draw outlines of bodies in chalk. Don't go out after dark! Lots of food and other business in the area. Although, proceed at your own risk. All in all? I'd personally check in some time. who knows? Might even stay the night!

Positive: It was peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly and courteous and we appreciated that after a very long, terrible day. Good job. Negative: The breakfast was lacking. I suggest for the price we pay, more variety and choices. There should be small cartons of milk and cold cereal added to the menu as well as orange/apple juice.
