This is the worst transit I have ever seen. I don't believe they're still in business.i called them like I'm supposed to do and let them know where to pick me up . After 45 min and the bus still wasn't there I called them backand they lied and said no one was there after 1 and a half hours I finally got picked up.even tough I was there. They did not even try to apologize .I don't understand why they r still in business

The Saturday bus driver for high meadows loop is a rude person. Has no right to ? about a service dog with his tag showing but did in a rude way in front of all riders

There's errors in scheduled rides even being mentioned to drivers and the lines are always busy so im not sure why they even have someone in the office, the drivers (other than two of them, there's like 5, so over half are in the bad margin) are incredibly dangerous at times seeming to hit every curb they can and one even took a turn so abruptly they ended up on two wheels for a time, anyone who believes this "transit" system is functional has never actually used a fully fledged transit system

One of the wytheville transit bus drivers is asking me all these weird questions and always telling me that I am pretty and coming by when I do not call for a ride and even knocking on my door and comes by and just sets outside

I think she was pretty clear about the fact that the driver was exiting the vehicle and sitting outside her home. The reputation in danger of being tarnished is Public Transit, because this is stalking and their individual has used his job to facilitate his behavior. Kelly, contact the police immediately. Even if the driver tries to claim he was “trying to be nice,” there is a reason why employees expressly forbid this behavior… it can just as easily come across as predatory. HE HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS AS PART OF HIS TRAINING. Also, shame on posters who worry more about an employee violating his own company policy than the safety of a woman who is only requesting that he abide by them.
