Unbelievable difficulty in getting my package. I usually pay a fee to redirect my pickup to a UPS designated pickup point because of my work hours. Delivery pickup is at the local UPS with limited hours. They are closed on Sunday. UPS still wants a fee for something that is still unhelpful. I’m not a fan.

Also let the office know that you requested the package be dropped off at the office. Some apartment buildings wont let you leave a package in their office cause they don't want to be held accountable if lost or stolen.
