The representative helping my family has not been very accommodating. When a funeral service is 3 days away you would think adding some family pictures would be no problem. My answer was "that cut off at 10am". No offer to help at all.

Mcdougald took care of my dad this past week. And I will say mcdougald absolutely took care of us as well. We worked with Jess the whole time. And he was an absolute blessing to us and my dad. The whole staff and crew at mcdougald was nothing short of amazing to us. I will never forget the hospitality and amazing work they done. And will forever be grateful for it. They gave my dad the service he deserved. I hope I don’t have to use them for a long time. But whenever I do. I will only use mcdougald. Me and my family are so grateful for everything they done. Each and every member of the crew. Would suggest them to anyone. Talk to them and they will do everything that is best for you and your family members. And work with you every step of the way.
