No stars. I was able to get an appointment, let them know 3 weeks ago I have had allergies to pollen and dust since I was 15. Was told it wasn't a problem. I get to my appointment to only be told I won't be seen because I was showing symptoms. FOR ALLERGIES. Stay away from this place.

Always clean, cool, efficient and on time, all the time. If you need to call, they answer right away, tend to your question and if it's more than you need, they will pass your message to your Dr and his assistant will call with an answer. They are all so nice and extremely dependable! Have been going here for over 18 years, not a complaint yet!

I've been going here sense I was in highschool I am now 29. The office staff is unbearable so rude and they have broken my privacy rights more than once and my father's. They can not keep doctors and they won't tell you when they quit. When you ask about it they will say they sent a letter. Which is odd. Cause their bills they send arrive just fine but never the notifications that your doctor will be gone. They don't care about doing check ups or your health. This is not a place you want to get started with your family if you want thier health to be your number one concern.

I have been an Eagle patient for years and just recently changed over to the Oak Ridge location for convenience. Boy, am I glad I did! The front desk staff are friendly and efficient and I did not have to wait long to be taken back to see NP Jan Daniel. She was wonderful and spent so much time with me going over my history and answering all of my questions. What a lovely, knowledgeable professional person.
