It was a cool experience! I got the combo package for my wife and I. The young lady working was extremely friendly and talkative. The fish tickle your feet as they nibble on every part of your feet. The draw backs were the seat cushions weren't that comfortable and the amount of fish in each tank drastically varied from tank to tank.

Hey Monica , The water is not room temperature because when it is 60 to 50 degrees outside especially with mall not having heat. We have heaters Installed in the tanks to get the water at the level the fish are able to survive in. You don’t see those in the front tanks because it is a hidden component in the system .
