Everyone in our family recently went to Walgreens to get a covid test for travel. By far it was the easiest way to get a covid test done as quickly as possible and without a lot of hassle. We made an appointment online for each one of us and then showed up at the store. We did the covid test (self-administered under their instruction and observation) in our car as we sat in the pharmacy drive-through. The pharmacy was very helpful and efficient even though it took a little bit of time to process our paperwork. Results were then emailed to us within a few hours. I have had to take a couple of covid tests in the past and this one, by far, was the easiest and least stressful.

The so-called store manager here is horrible her customer service and professionalism is a disgrace to a company like Walgreens. There are a few good employees that are nice and helpful. But the manager seems to be unhappy with her life and career choice. Corporate needs to pay this store a visit and make some adjustments.

I came in hesitant of the bad reviews but was impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Saw six employees either stocking shelves or sweeping floors. One lady in the pharmacy said she had been waiting for over 30 minutes despite having an appointment. Everyone behind the counter was busy. Despite the hectic pace, when it was my turn, pharmacist treated me like I was the only thing on her mind. Left with a great impression.
