Absolutely WORST INEPT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. SWITCHING FROM THIS TERRIBLE NIGHTMARE YO ANOTHER CARRIER. They sure will charge a late fee, yet petty credit for months of no service. Not our fault we can't reach customer service. It's as bad as their Internet. -5 stars Edit: September 2022- New bill is $70.00. Really???? Service isn't worth half that. Have to reset/reconnect EVERY SINGLE TIME I TURN ON TV OR COMPUTER. Absolutely ridiculous. There are other options! No way I'm paying that much for terrible service. Multiple times it's supposed to have been fixed. In 3 years it hasn't. Yet the bill grows. Even applied for affordable connectivity program several times. No response. They only advertise the option because it's required. HELLO SPECTRUM October 2022: STILL the absolutely most despicable and rude customer service of any I have EVER dealt with. Cannot even get a complete sentence in without constant interruptions by EVERY SINGLE agent. None know anything about their app, cannot solve any issues nor do they wish to. Worst company I have EVER dealt with. Over 2 years of horrific lack of service, totally inconsistent connection, multiple "techs" have never fixed it. Unbelievable that this business still exists. Isn't it amazing how they expect monthly payments in full and on time, yet don't hold the same standards when it comes to their trashy lack of service. Impossible for the quality to be any worse. Negative 10 stars

Had to upgrade my service, the tech was nice but had terrible body odor. My whole house smelled like him and it made me nauseated. Not sure I want to add additional services.
