You cannot ever get a hold of anybody when you need to!!!! I have called multiple times today and yesterday and no one has called me back. Update; After my review I received a call that helped rebuild faith, so four months later I sent an email in trying to get interest rates. After 10days of a few emails, my case is sent to a bank for someone to call me. Being I work during banking hour, that call was missed. 5 mins later I was able to return the call and had to leave a voicemail. That was Monday and now its almost end of Thursday...no return call yet.. My review of 1 Star remains and no longer care to bank there. Even if they do have better interest rates, its not worth the hassle when you have any issue or need help
