Showed up 1.5 hours before closing (10/11/22) and was turned away…said they were “booked up”. There was only one car in the parking lot. We asked if we could wait and fill a vacancy if someone didn’t show up for appointment and they still wouldn’t let us stay. Our two year old needed antibiotics for an infection and we had to drive 30 minutes across town to another urgent care for treatment at night. Don’t recommend this practice to anyone!

Doctor gave incorrect diagnosis on a weekend when I couldn’t see my usual. Was in the office for a total of 16 minutes. Wouldn’t allow me to talk much nor really listen to my issues. Now I’m having to pay again to get a real diagnosis. From desk staff was very kind and even one of them said sounds like an abscess (which it is) but doctor was convinced other wise
