Friendly, helpful. Best pharmacy experience in Five Forks.

I’m giving two stars because their pricing for my Rx is better than other places and the support staff is super nice. But that pharmacist. She’s not happy to be there. She doesn’t enjoy her job or working with the general public. I have a schedule II drug and she treats me like a criminal every time I call for it to be filled. She consistently gives me the latest time that it’ll be ready, and often inconvenient times. I don’t fill early, with the exception of once when I was traveling and my doctor approved a one day early Rx. I just called to see about moving my prescriptions and asked the tech if they get these calls often. She said I wasn’t the first and she’s been there a month. Go to Walmart where it’s expected to be treated like this, not at Publix.

I’m about to transfer all my prescriptions. I’ve been going here for awhile. I have 2 medications that weren’t in the bag when my husband picked up. I never received them. I had my doctor send another script. They told me they can’t refill them because I already picked them up. They have “proof” in their book because my husband signed for them. They hand you blank stickers on the drive thru that you sign before receiving your medications. Now they want to charge me to replace the prescriptions I never received. I also had an instance last year where I went to pick up my daughter’s medication and the person working the drive through started asked me, “so what are you, her caregiver?” Very rude.
