These are photos of a SADLY bad case of lack of maintenance. Once a probably pleasant Facility has degraded into a place I couldn’t let my Mother stay in. Issues are abundant...to say the least. My Mother (92 yrs of age) asked for the drains to be checked as they weren’t draining correctly. She was told by the maintenance man that he checked them and they were fine. Upon arrival my husband checked them. See by photos they were full of debris, including a bandage, caulking and excessive hair. Disgusting 😡 I’m at a loss as to WHAT EXACTLY he checked ? Then she stopped eating the meals as she found them unacceptable...they refused to reduce the cost of meals from her bill and charged her $387 for food she didn’t eat 😞 these Cottages are rented by elderly people...are they truly expected to rake and clean these back gardens...the leaves are a foot deep...the mold on the patio walls are a health hazard 😡😡 I tried to add more photos and three short videos. But I can’t seem to accomplish that ? No I am not interested in a discussion with any manager for excuses of poor management and maintenance. Her request for my email is denied. I’m not interested in any contact. I’m just thankful we were able to get my Mother out of there. The videos show plugged up rain gutters causing rotted roof edges. Leaves blown out of the gutters ONLY BECAUSE my husband asked them to unplug the gutters because they were causing excess rain to fall in buckets over doorways...then left on the porch for a 92 yr old woman to sweep away...does Management truly want me to go on 🤔😐 I have videos of those gutters and rainfall. Do your job for these people. They deserve better service and respect for what they are paying. Before anyone rents one of those Cottages...be aware MOST of them are empty for a reason. 😞😞
